Company Overview: At Bulkk, we’re committed to reducing the amount of office furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) that end up in landfills. Our platform connects businesses that need to buy and sell used FF&E, allowing them to optimize their cash flow while also reducing waste.

Role overview: As the world braces for a recession, many companies are downsizing and looking to liquidate their office FF&E. Current liquidation models are not profitable and are cumbersome processes that often result in far too many items ending up in a landfill, when other companies need them. Many companies are still growing, some do well and even flourish when the rest of the market is bracing for impact, and Bulkk is one of those companies. As a Virtual Transaction Agent, you will execute on a vital component that will keep Bulkk’s online marketplace stocked with inventory:

– Locate inventory

– List inventory on the Bulkk marketplace

– Buying items from the Bulkk marketplace is appealing to buyers for three core reasons:

– Items do not need to be shipped overseas

– Items are priced at sub-wholesale price since they are lightly used

– There is a major reduction in company carbon footprint when purchasing from Bulkk

You will be responsible for:

– Listing and managing inventory on the Bulkk platform

– Responding to inquiries and negotiating sales with buyers

– Coordinating with the item owner to ensure a smooth transaction

– Ensuring that all sales comply with Bulkk policies and guidelines

Requirements:

– Strong sales skills and negotiation ability

– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

– Familiarity with the Bulkk platform and ability to use it effectively

– Knowledge of bulk office furniture and equipment, including market values and trends

– Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take initiative

– Comfort with working independently and remotely

Compensation:

This is a commission-only role, with 10% commission on all items listed and sold although there is no limit to how much money you can make. Inventory and need are at all time highs at the moment, urgency is key!
