Our team bridges the gap between facilities managers looking to offload equipment and interested buyers seeking quality products.

Job Summary:

As a City Coordinator at Bulkk, you will be instrumental in expanding our reach within your city. This role fosters relationships with local businesses, real estate agencies, facilities managers, liquidation companies, and office managers to effectively drive sales and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development: Establish and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, real estate agencies, and office managers. Understand their needs and promote the benefits of the Bulkk platform for efficient liquidation of FF&E. 
  2. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all FF&E listed on our platform from your city adhere to Bulkk’s quality and listing standards. Work with facilities managers, office managers, and liquidators to resolve listing, sales, or delivery issues. 
  3. Sales Monitoring and Reporting: Track and monitor sales activity performance in your city. Provide regular reports to the central management team, highlighting successes, challenges, and growth opportunities. 
  4. Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with the central management team to develop and implement market penetration and growth strategies within your city.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and team management experience 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills 
  • Proficient understanding of the local business environment and real estate market 
  • Ability to work independently, make strategic decisions, and resolve issues effectively 
  • Must be able to travel locally within the region as needed 
  • Experience in sales, commercial real estate, logistics, or facilities management is a strong plus

This role is commission-based and requires local travel within the associated city(ies). A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and valid vehicle insurance are required.
